Lendhub is proud to announce our sponsorship of the Butterfly AVM Charity Annual Ball.
Following our announcement earlier in the year in which we chose the Butterfly AVM Charity as Lendhub’s charity of the year, we are now thrilled to announce we are one of the main sponsors of their annual ball.
Taking place at the Meridian Grand in North London, the annual ball is a very special evening that will help raise awareness and gather funds for ground-breaking research into AVMs.
The Butterfly AVM Charity was founded in 2012 by Nikki Lilly and her father, George Christou, who wanted to raise awareness, fund research, and provide hope for those affected by AVMs, like Nikki herself.
Nikki Lilly is a true inspiration who knows firsthand the challenges that AVM patients face. Despite her own health battles, she has become a beacon of strength and resilience. Through her influential platform, Nikki has touched the lives of millions, spreading awareness and sharing her own story with the world.
AVM (Arteriovenous Malformation) is a rare and potentially life-threatening condition characterised by abnormal connections between arteries and veins. It affects both adults and children, causing severe health challenges and often requiring complex medical interventions.
With the charity being close to the hearts of many Lendhub employees, we are proud to be one of the event's main sponsors, and we will continue to support the charity as the year goes on with fundraising events and challenges. So stay tuned for upcoming announcements and how you can contribute and make a difference.
If you would like to attend, join us on November 11th for an unforgettable evening of compassion, inspiration, and unity, with music, dancing, entertainment, and plenty of auction and raffle prizes to be won. Tickets are available here, starting from £70.
If you are unable to make it but would still like to show your support, you can donate here. No amount is too small, and your contribution will directly impact the lives of AVM patients and their families. Together, we can create a brighter future for those affected.
