What is the average time taken to completion?

On average, it takes 2 weeks for a bridging loan to complete, from the point of application.

How does the loan application process work at Lendhub?

Our borrowing journey couldn’t be simpler. Complete our online application form and your dedicated case analyst will arrange a valuation and issue Heads of Terms. Once approved, our legal partners will draw up a Facility Letter for you to sign, after which funds are disbursed.

What are your interest rates and fees?

Our interest rates and fees vary depending on the loan type, facility amount, and the specifics of the project. We aim to offer competitive rates and transparent fee structures. Please contact us directly for a personalised quote.

Do you lend against properties outside the UK?

Currently, we only lend against properties in England and Wales. However, we do consider applications from foreign nationals and offshore borrowers with qualifying properties within these regions.

How is the value of my property determined?

The value of your property is determined through an independent valuation process conducted by a certified professional. This ensures an unbiased and accurate assessment of your property's market value.

Do you provide loans above £20m?

We will certainly consider larger loans on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to our team to find out more.

Do you provide any other types of loans?

At the moment we offer bridging (includes development exit loans), refurbishment, and development loans. 

Can I get a loan if my property project is already underway?

Yes, Lendhub offers loans for projects already underway. We provide flexible financing to support developments at any stage, ensuring you have the funds needed to complete your project successfully. 

My project doesn’t meet the criteria listed on your website, how can you help?
